I am not talking about risk, but to try tasks that you need because you thought it too scary or too difficult can.

First, recognize that the person, who is never wrong, never improved. Make mistakes and sometimes no objection is an essential part of learning and their own development and growth. So go on your mission with the courageous stand you do your best, but if you fail, there is always a possibility on the line. Remember – many things are not so important that if you fail, you will not be allowed to try again.
People will try pressure you believe what you do (usually for them) is so important not afford to fail. Most often this is not true, and you should failure as another lesson, not as a hammer to watch your confidence.
There is a saying – if it cannot do that first, then false. I do not now offer a cheater, but watch successful people you admire in real life, and perhaps on the screen.
