In the past, I have problems to maintain. I will never ask for help. Because I feel if I ask for help, it is urgent to think about my ability to cope with personal problems. In other words, I was too proud to ask for help.
For example, if I get my entire colleagues can swim very well and I can not swim difficulty, I’m too proud to ask them to share and teach me to swim as well man. I fear that they laugh at my inability to swim.
Another reason that I never want to seek help is that I do not feel safe sharing my personal problems with people. I think when I come to share my personal problems with people; they think I am a difficult person.
For example, I do not dare share with the people I care a lot. I think if I tell people about my fears and worries, people will look at me weird eyes, because I am different from them.
And I can cast.
But after sharing with people, I find that in fact all people suffer from anxiety and worry, at one time or another. It is normal for everyone. And they are able to circumvent suggestions for coping with fears and anxieties, as an offering before summer too.
Imagine if I keep these problems for me, I depressed at the end, because I feel that I am powerless to solve my problems. This vicious circle can cause damage in my life.
For example, if I go with people I do a lot of worries; I still think I’m the weird one with this problem. Lack of experience in the treatment of anxiety, I am not able to properly manage them. My grief makes me insecure and depressed that I am not able rightly regarded as a normal human function. I used to get drunk or take drugs to escape this painful feeling. In short, more damage is done.
It is normal for people who solve problems too big for them alone. It is normal for these people to seek help. Talk to people around you, especially the elderly. You will find that they have asked other people for help in certain areas of their lives.
What I emphasize that all the problems that have occurred is not new. That is, it is definitely different than same problems you’ve encountered. This means that there are ready solutions to your problems. All you need do is change your posture and ask for help!
The idea that I like to share with you:
Do not be afraid to ask for assistance if you need help.
