As a bartender can be an interesting, fun and profitable jobs. It is far from any normal 9-5 office job, and you never know what happens whenever you have done the work. Bartending has its advantages and disadvantages as well, but the disadvantages can be managed. There are many potential profitability bartender change, but it’s not as easy as pouring a glass and put outside a bar patron. Unfortunately, there are many lazy bartenders who think that because they pour a drink, this means that customers simply need to tilt the unit in their portfolio, which is far from the truth.
The most important property which should have a bartender is a good personality. I had more than ten years of bartending and I do not know, it’s one drink, but I know all my guests bar treated as if they were guests at home, and many will still further to your clients as a beverage. For many patrons of the bar, the bar is like a second home for them. It is a place where they want something special and well treated. The ability to have a conversation with your guests and help them have a good time when they are at your bar, not only increases your advice, he will, in exchange for financial assistance as a bartender.
Ignoring the game on your phone or your customer, except when they drink, do not contribute to get comfortable, and they go faster than they want to leave, and you will not make a lot of advice. Also, do not complain or vent to your customers about your problems, if they really want you too. As a bartender you have to remember some of your guests are not the greatest day, and this may be one reason why they are sitting at your bar with a drink. Know your customers to shake their hands, they ask her name, and if they look a little lower, they ask, what is happening. You may not want someone whom you barely know, you complain of the day, but remember to listen, give good advice, and let them vent a little to hear. They are how much money you make for good and attentive bartenders, not rude or indifferent to be surprised.
The bartender who belongs to everybody likes to talk too, and loves to be around, the more money that he who does not speak to their clients, or do nothing, then they think their business is welcome. I’m not saying do not get as many drinks as possible, but able to talk with people who will take you much further in a career as a bartender, than knowing what to drink in a “Grateful Dead”. A good thing to know that if you want a friendly person behind the counter and build a good relationship with your clients, they are not angry against you if you do not know how a particular drink for them, and amount of time they trust you will do something rather than you want. So, focus on your customers and increase your business and make us your tips each night.
