Staying Organized

August 8, 2010 by

The key to a lot of work is done in one day; stay organized, even if it means you need to clean one hour per day. If you’re organized, you can eliminate having to search for things, just because you have a system that you know where everything is allowed, and it helps you be more effective and less frustrated.

Make a list

If you are planning a large office, you can take the time to see a list where everything is that you stay in the situation, they will remember all preserved. This is particularly useful if you only have renovated or have done a thorough reorganization.

While you do not waste your time, things in places where they should not, nor your time looking for things. Remember where you put your list, and saves you a lot of time.

A list is also important if you have people in your office, allowing them to know where things belong so well.

Grading System

A filing system is very useful to help you organize all the paperwork and it saves you a lot of time at the end. These cabinets are inexpensive and often they do not take a lot of space, but they did an excellent job.

A mini-filing system can be used on the desktop for things you need to do to take today or in the coming days, carefully organized.

Logic

In deciding to go where things, use your logic. It will help you later find your articles and without even looking at my list, just because it perfectly logical when you have.

This means that you keep all your documents in one place. This is not rocket science, but you know how many people have their papers scattered all over the office to be surprised, and then when they need something they cannot remember where it is needed.

Printer Paper excesses must be stored at the printer, and extra pens, notebooks or anything you need in your office must be kept in your desk drawer for easy access. This way you will never ask … “Well, what I have with my laptop?”
